Very loud while using.
do love this machine when I first tried it. But after several uses, it developed a knocking sound. Very loud. Does get hot around the base. If it's used for long periods of time. If you need this for a party, it's very smart to start it at least 1 hour before so we can set itself up on time. It would have had five stars if it had not started the knocking. Addendum 3/9/25 solution to the knocking is simple syrup added. Now I can give a five-star rating

Had a party with my family last night. and made margarita slushies. They were ready so fast! The drinks are tasty and it definitely brought extra fun to the night. Such a great addition to our evening.

I tried it out by using some plain lemonade. The resulting slushie was like Italian ice. It was easy to use and not too hard to clean. This will be outstanding on a hot summer day with family and friends!

This was a great buy for our family. The set up and first use instructions were simple and easy to follow. We chose the milkshake setting for our first use. The milkshake turned out great and everyone enjoyed the texture and taste. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was ready. Looking forward to using the machine often through the spring and summer!

This slushie maker is very cool. Within 20 minutes we had frozen cherry cola slushies. Super easy to turn on, add your cold/room temperature drinks and set the easy to use setting and at least for us we had frozen drinks in under 30 minutes.The top pour spot I wish was larger for a spatula to help with turning the mixture as a majority gets pushed to the top front and stays there. This doesn’t hinder the performance so I’m not removing a star.This machine is priced the same as a more well known brand but does the exact same purpose so it’s a good value.The taste is great as you don’t need to use ice as if you were to use a blender.Cleaning is easy as you add warm water and run the clean cycle which runs for a few minutes then shuts off. We still rinsed the inside tank out afterwards.
